Run, run, Rudolph...

I started training for the half marathon today that my friend somehow got me to agree to. I ran for 2.25 miles at 6mph without stopping and that was so hard!!! I don't think I am going to be able to run anywhere close to 13.1 miles. I don't know how people run a freakin' marathon. So hard. Wish me luck at somehow making it to 3 miles without stopping. I'm going to need it.

Take me out to the ball game

Chad's work paid for the whole family to go to a Salt Lake Bee's Baseball game and have a catered dinner there, which was yummy. They even had a raffle and Chad won a nice Bee's sweatshirt. The kids had lots of fun attending their first baseball game. It reminded me going to the KC Royals games when I was a kid and how much fun those were!

Bowling for .... A Turkey!

It was our 7th Annual Kunz Bowling Tournament 2007 on Friday. It was lots of fun as usual. Dad used his new bowling ball. Allison bowled a strike, Andrew bowled a spare, and I bowled a Turkey (3 strikes in a row)... too bad they don't give you a free Turkey if you bowl a turkey. (Believe it or not - that is the 3rd time I have bowled a Turkey ... pretty good considering my family goes bowling once maybe twice a year! lol) I won with a score of 131.

We'll raise our colors high in the blue, and cheer our cougars... i mean tigers of Ogden High!

The kids and I went to my brother Sam's football game last Thursday at Ogden High School and they won! 26-6! Sam did an excellent job and got a lot of playtime too. Alli and Drew just played on the stairs of the bleachers and had fun hitting each other with the blow-up noisemaker things. (Sorry about the picture being blurry... I took it on my phone.)
