Once there was a Snowman

We build a snowman today. It was fun because it stuck
together like it did back in Kansas City. You start with a little snowball and just roll it and the snow just starts to pack on itself. It's so much fun rolling big snowballs all over the yard.

Also, it was Jeremy's 18 month birthday today! Thought this was a cute picture of him that Chad took.

I'll Be Lovin You a Long Time

Every Valentine's Day, one of the cutest things Chad has always done for Alli is give her a little mini bouquet version of the flowers he gives to me. It's too cute for words how much she beams when she sees those flowers from her dad! My heart melts everytime.

Chad is so thoughtful like that!

Tulips are my favorite and this year Chad did White Tuilips with Purple Irises! Beautiful!

He'll steal your heart away, then run and play. He's Dangerous!

Drew got 3 stitches in his head today. He somehow got into the exercise room and climbed up on the roman chair, lost his balance, and landed on his forehead on top of a free weight. It made a nice slice in his head that wouldn't close, so I took him with me to Jeremy's 18 month appt. The pediatrician said he needed stitches so he did them right there in his office in a "sterile operating room." Kinda scary. Drew did really well. He gave him a local anesthetic and after he was done he made this cute balloon face out of his glove and put 3 stitches on it to match Drew. He loves it!

Too bad we have to go back in a few days to take them out! That should be fun...

Time Waster of the Week

It's a World . . .

Well, after so long without a post I thought I better put something up. As is typical for me in the winter months I spend far to much time playing my time waster of choice: World of Warcraft (WoW). Last week Rachel was on-line playing as well (don't worry the kids were in bed fast asleep), and we had an open spot in our group of 25 people battling the virtual bad guys of the "end game" instances, so she came along to help us get some epic loot for the evening. Here is a screenshot of my character with hers next to me shortly before engaging the second boss of The Black Temple. It's funny how such a complicated game (as you can see from my screen) that requires so much work is actually a stress relief from real life. . .

Supremus is far in the background, he's actually about 10x larger than we are, and everyone of those little rectanges in the upper left is the readout on the 25 real life people in our group fighting their way though this virtual world. When we get some time, hopefully this weekend, we'll put up some pictures from Jeremy's first birthday party! The little guy had a lot of fun and was spoiled just like his brother and sister on their firsts.
