Take me ridin' in your car, car...
I was driving in the Yukon the other day with Alli and she all of a sudden gasped.
I said, "What's wrong!"
She said, "Mom, that man looked at me and he was mad at me; so, I looked away and he didn't have a hat on!"
(Keep in mind - we have dark tinted windows in the back seat, so there was no possible way this man could have seen her, let alone be mad at her.)
I said, "He didn't have a hat on?"
"Yeah, Mom. He wasn't even wearing a hat and he was mad!"
This is what I learned: If you are a man, in order to have the right to be mad at Alli, you have to be wearing a hat; otherwise she will be so shocked at you that she will never look at you again! Don't you love a child's logic.
Since the "no hat" incident, she is so concerned with people on the side of the road. She has no qualms asking me about someone 2 feet away. It's fun explaining why a person right in front of you is laying on the grass without shoes on eating an apple. I guess I'm just getting repaid for
the embarrassment I was to my mom and siblings.

Nothing you can do can take me away from My Guy!
Jeremy turned 5 months old today! I can't believe it. It's gone by way too fast. I need to take more pictures of him. He's so cute. Jeremy has had one busy month. He grabs toys with his hands now. He found his feet on September 4th. He rolled over on September 7th (from tummy to back). He started to really talk and babble on September 25th. Jeremy is definately the most demanding baby I have had. He knows what he wants that's for sure. He hates loud noise and he hates being alone. So that is tremendously difficult to accomplish with Tweedle-Dum and Tweedle-Dee as his siblings. We love him and we can't imagine our lives without him. We love you Jeremy!

O, Timbermine! O, Timbermine! Your food is so delicious!
Grandmother and Grandfather Kunz treated us all to the Timbermine for Grandpa's birthday dinner on Saturday. It was delicious! My Aunt Mary gave him the funniest card and I just thought i would share it with you. It pictures an elderly couple getting into a nice car. The wife says to the husband "The Doctor said you need to exercise and go on a diet," and the husband says back, "Huh? I thought he said find a Lexus and buy it!" It is the perfect card for Grandpa. He loves Lexus cars and he is a bit hard of hearing. What a funny card! I took a few pictures of the kids with the Grandparents since we don't have many photos of them.

A-loha, Hawaii! Splash is still splashing!
We had a neighborhood luau last Wed complete with Limbo contest, Seashell Blowing, Hula-hooping contest, Pineapple Bowling, and the.... "try to catch a goldfish in a kiddie pool without scaring the life outta all the fish and once you catch one hold it out of the water until someone can help you put it into a plastic bag with water in it" contest. Yeah! That was an actual cruel game the kids played. There were about 20 kids huddled around the mini pool grabbing at fish. Alli caught one and was so gentle with him and the funny thing is she caught the only one that isn't a goldfish... it's a greyfish. Chad and I weren't sure whether or not it
would survive so we didn't name it until today and Alli wanted to name it Splash! It's the perfect name actually cause it's a pretty spastic fish and he's crazy hyper. Alli takes excellent care of Splash and always reminds me to feed him.

I Don't Wanna Go To School... All I Wanna Do Is To Play
Alli's first day of preschool was September 5th. It was a happy but sad day! I can't believe my baby girl is going to school already. We started doing a carpool with one of her friends and so she watches for her ride in the morning with her backpack on. It's so cute. Then she says, "Mom, she's here! Good-bye! Love you!" and she's off. Alli is definately ready to move on to bigger and better things. I not so sure I'll ever be ready.

What Happens in Vegas...appears on my blog
For Labor Day weekend, we took a trip to Las Vegas. It was my first time visiting and we had a fun time exploring all the casinos and extravagent shopping malls. We saw the Treasure Island pirate ships, Circus Circus performers, Caesar's Palace moving statues, and Hilton's Star Trek experience. We were crazy taking all three kids but luckily Chad's mom, Jolene, was able to join us and help us out a ton! She even watched the kids both nights so Chad and I could go out site-seeing together.
Here we are at the Dolphin Habitat at the Mirage:
The White Tiger Habitat was fun and the kids loved seeing tigers all up-close.
Here's a cute picture of Alli and Chad in front of the gondolas at the Venetian.
Here's Jolene, the kids and I in front of the Mirage.

Hey There, Shooters and Scooters of All Ages!
Hello all! I decided to finally start a family blog after months of talking about what I was going to put on it, after reading everyone else's blogs, and after dozens of imaginary blogs i created in my own head. So here it is! I hope it will be as interesting to you as I know it will be for me, since I am easily the awesomest nobody that ever existed! I will post funny things that happened, cool things I see, and anything else fantastic that's worth pointing out. Happy Blogging!
